The location couldn't be better, with easy access to shops and restaurants nearby. We stayed in an apartment that was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities we needed. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly, which made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Plus, the hotel was very understanding when our flight was cancelled and allowed us to stay an extra two nights without any problems.
The soundproofing in the hotel could have been better. Even though Italians are known for being noisy, it would have been nice to have a little more peace and quiet at night.
